Jeremiah 11:19-21

¹⁹ But I was like a gentle ^(A)lamb led to the slaughter;
And I did not know that they had ^(B)devised thoughts against me, saying,
“Let us make the tree with its ^[a]fruit a ruin,
And ^(C)let us cut him off from the ^(D)land of the living,
That his ^(E)name be remembered no more.”
²⁰ But, O Yahweh of hosts, who ^(F)judges righteously,
Who ^(G)tests the ^[b]insides and the heart,
Let me see Your vengeance on them,
For to You have I revealed my case.
